Breastfeeding 101

This single class will cover the science breastfeeding and its health benefits for you and your baby. You will learn techniques on establishing a good latch, proper positioning, maintaining your milk supply, pumping and storing, and more. 

All classes are held on zoom. When booking, choose the class that is best for your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please send us an email.

Class price includes a private session for the birthing parent and one support person.
