Labor & Delivery Intensive: What to Expect

This single class will help guide you through the childbirth process. We will go over what to expect before, during, and after labor. Topics will include the physiology of labor, birth interventions, medications, induction of labor, pain management and more.

All classes are held on zoom. When booking, choose the class that is best for your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please send us an email. 

Class price includes a private session for the birthing parent and one support person.
